If you join the Social Army:

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee of VFG.
  • Payments, bonuses, and airdrop rewards are based on task completion and verification.
  • Fraudulent submissions, bot activity, or manipulation will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of compensation.

VFG may modify tasks, payment structures, or program rules at any time.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • VFG is a marketing/promotional service provider only.
  • VFG does not guarantee results, investors, token growth, sales, hype, community size, or market performance.
  • All claims, data, and materials provided by the client must be truthful and lawful.
  • Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy of information in their campaigns.

VFG may refuse service to any client or project that appears fraudulent, harmful, or non-compliant.

7. SERVICE DISCLAIMER

All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Viral Force Global does not guarantee:

  • Specific marketing outcomes
  • Viral trends or platform ranking
  • Sales performance or conversions
  • Listing approvals (e.g., CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko)
  • Continuity of any social platform

Digital environments change constantly, and results may vary based on factors outside our control.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted globally:

Viral Force Global, its founders, contractors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

9. REFUNDS

  • All payments made to VFG are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
  • Custom packages, digital assets, promotions, campaigns, and paid traffic cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Chargebacks filed without valid cause will be treated as fraud.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All graphics, logos, creative assets, copywriting, videos, and proprietary tools produced by Viral Force Global remain the intellectual property of VFG unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not copy, resell, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PLATFORMS

Our website and campaigns may contain links to external websites or crypto platforms.
VFG is not responsible for:

  • Security breaches
  • Losses from third-party platforms
  • Unavailable or offline services

Users engage with external platforms at their own risk.

Users and clients are individually responsible for ensuring compliance with:
